25 anni fa veniva abbattuto il Muro di Berlino

‘Da stasera la frontiera è aperta’. Così il leader del partito comunista berlinese, Gunter Schabowsky il 9 novembre 1989 annunciò l’addio al muro di Berlino, che per 29 anni aveva diviso Gemania Est e Germania Ovest. Con quelle parole si dette il via allo smantellamento del principale simbolo della Guerra fredda, fatto costruire nel 1961 dal regime di Walter Ulbricht.
